. James’s inspection report was the most thorough we've ever seen and this is our 5th home buying experience, he did a great job. The most basic report included videos, thermal imaging, and it was very clear he had our best interest in mind as opposed to our realtor's. The report was extremely detailed and also included educational slides explaining why they recommend certain repairs or changes.

10/10 would hire again. He was early, time efficient, funny and explained the details of the report clearly. Great responsiveness and value of work. His report was clear and concise.

James was easy to work with. He arrived early and already started inspecting the outside of the home. The extremely detailed home inspection report is still a reference guide that I use even for home maintenance. Even though he was priced a little high, the reports with tons of pictures and recommendations, James made it worth every money.
